Most women who feel stuck are not lazy or undisciplined. They are following advice that was never going to work. Here are the five myths we untangle for our members most often.
1. You have to starve to lose weight
Eating too little slows your metabolism and guarantees a rebound. The goal is the right food in the right amounts — not less and less until you give up.
2. Rice and carbs are the enemy
Rice, rotis and dosa are not the problem. Portions and timing are. You can lose weight eating the food your family already cooks.
3. More cardio means more results
Endless cardio burns you out without changing your shape. Strength work is what reshapes your body — and it protects your muscle while you lose fat.
4. You need special "diet foods"
Imported powders and "diet" snacks are marketing, not results. Real, home-cooked food, planned properly, beats them every time.
You don't need a perfect diet — you need a plan you can actually keep.
5. One slip means you have failed
One off day does not undo your progress — quitting does. The members who succeed are simply the ones who kept going after a bad day. That is what daily follow-ups are for.
